My disappointment in Joshua's attitude was mainly the fact that it weakened the Bridge I was trying to build. :) I thoroughly enjoyed Joshua, though I have to say that Beat was my favorite.Scot Eatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15536873144103672953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759356.post-23988999358802444672009-01-31T10:46:00.000+09:002009-01-31T10:46:00.000+09:00Hey Scott, I actually bought this game because you...Hey Scott, I actually bought this game because you recommended it on facebook. I really liked it, very fun, great story, and it was challenging. I don't think it was the hardest game I have ever played, but I get the feeling you didn't look anything up online.;)

I enjoyed your analysis of the story very much. It was eye opening and made me like WEWY even better. Your biblical comparisons are right on.

You mentioned you didn't necessarily like Joshua's attitude. Funny, he was actually my favorite character! Something about his cocky abrasive demeanor was absolutely hilarious to me.Haha, anyways thanks for the great post(and recommendation).
JonathanJonathan Herringhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17756021883988917966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759356.post-6041732561951378242008-11-28T10:34:00.000+09:002008-11-28T10:34:00.000+09:00Sounds fun. It's the one that I was playing on the porch in Karuizawa. It is SO hard though, that I wouldn't recommend it to Naomi for another few years. I've been playing video games since I was 8, and even I had a difficult time making it through the game.Scot Eatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15536873144103672953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759356.post-86061620997715636632008-11-27T23:04:00.000+09:002008-11-27T23:04:00.000+09:00"If you were to die today, do you know where you w..."If you were to die today, do you know where you would go? Heaven? Hell? Shibuya?"

That is a great opening to your post Scot! And, while I am not into gaming (my daughter is) your article is very interesting.

I do think that it is highly likely that the writers of this story have been exposed to Biblical stories and images in movies, literature, visual art, etc.

Thanks Scot!Paul Nethercotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08219155149867389211noreply@blogger.com
